FAMILY MEMBERSHIP FAQs

How many free tickets are included in my Utica Dance family membership?
Tickets are included with your membership for select performance dates. You will be notified as to which performances and how many tickets you may reserve. You must go online and reserve your seats for each performance date BEFORE THE DEADLINE. All tickets will be available for pickup at the studio or at Will Call at the Theater.

Can my family membership tickets be used for or deducted from premium section pricing? No

Can I transfer my family membership tickets to someone else? Family membership tickets are non-transferrable.

 

TICKET PURCHASES:

What online security measures are in place?
Utica Dance uses 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions, the industry standard for Internet Commerce transaction security, to encrypt your credit card and personal information as it travels over the Internet to our secure servers.

How do I purchase my tickets?
Online or at the box office. If you require assistance with purchasing online, please contact us.

Am I buying a seat or a section in the theatre?
All performance tickets are sold as open seating. Whether online or at the box office, choose your date and sit where you like. A full seating map is available when purchasing online.

How do I receive my ticket(s)?
All tickets will be mailed or picked up at the studio. Parents/families of the students will receive their tickets prior to the performance.

What's the latest I can purchase a ticket?
Online ticket sales for the performances will close depending on the availability of seats. We will post this information on the homepage. The box office at Wellin Hall (Hamilton College) will be open and tickets can be purchased up to 30 minutes prior to start of the performance.

How early should I arrive?
Please consider parking, purchase of tickets and the number in your party. It is suggested that you arrive 30 minutes ahead to avoid being rushed.

What method of payment do you accept?
Online - all forms of credit cards
At the door - cash, credit/debit cards. No checks will be accepted.

What is the refund policy?
No refunds are provided for ticket purchases. However, Utica Dance may provide a credit toward future purchases or merchandise online for special circumstances.

 

PREMIUM TICKETS:

Is there a minimum to buy? No. You can purchase one or fifty. Please see the seating chart for available seating areas.

Can my family membership tickets be used for premium seats? No.
